Hi, I’m Vanessa Alfaro.

I am a deeply human woman devoted to awareness, truth, and embodied presence.

My life and work have been shaped by a long devotion to emotional, spiritual, and psychological inquiry, by an intimate relationship with anger as a life force rather than a flaw.

My relationship with anger began early, long before I had language or permission to understandit. For many years, I learned to contain, suppress, or turn against this powerful energy in an effort to stay safe and functional. Like many, I was taught that anger was something to fear, control, or heal away.

Through years of therapeutic work, embodiment practices, meditation, and deep inner listening, Icame to understand something different: anger itself was not the problem. My disconnection from it was. When I stopped trying to manage or transcend anger and instead met it with awareness, curiosity, and respect, it revealed itself as a source of clarity, boundary wisdom, and life force.

This shift changed not only my inner world, but how I communicate, relate, and live. Anger became a teacher — guiding me toward self-trust, honest expression, and a more intimate relationship with my own humanity. I no longer seek to purify myself of intensity or emotion. I practice staying present with what is real.

Trust, Presence, and Authority

Over time, I’ve learned to trust my instincts, honor my boundaries, and stand in my inner authority without needing to be perfect, fixed, or endlessly available. I work from experience, not ideals, and I know what it means to hold intensity, tenderness, clarity, and discomfort without turning against myself.

This lived understanding is the ground from which my work emerges. I offer spaces where anger is welcomed without judgment, explored without harm, and integrated without self-erasure — in service of truth, connection, and wholeness.

The Work I Offer

My work centers on creating grounded, intentional spaces where anger can be met with presence rather than suppression or explanation.

I offer relational containers that support people in listening to anger as intelligent energy —energy that carries information about boundaries, values, healing, and truth. I do not approach anger as something to be managed, fixed, or eliminated. Instead, I work with awareness-based, embodied practices that invite discernment, responsibility, vulnerability, and self-trust.

This work is experiential and relational, rooted in respect for each person’s nervous system, their current relationship to anger, and their lived reality.

Who This Work is For

This work is for those who are willing to stay present with themselves, move slowly enough to feel what is true, and relate to anger as a meaningful part of their humanity.

It is not about quick fixes, performance, or self-improvement rooted in the belief that something is wrong with you — but about intention, honesty, authenticity, integration, and wholeness, which give rise to healing and self-love.

My Approach

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Dream it

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.

Build it

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
